My mood-board...
Sometime June last year is when I had started blogging… had started sharing my thoughts, my beliefs, my experiences through this medium… there has been no particular theme or outline to this blog… it is a simple reflection of me, expressed through words… I love writing, its like living life twice – once in the moment, and then in reflection or retrospection…
Today while I reflect over the past year of blogging, I feel I could have written so much more, had I found time… nonetheless, my resolve to write has only grown stronger… today after a year of creation of this expression board, I thought why not give it a new look and feel… a face… a make-over… and create a mood-board or a banner for my blog… and when I started creating it, I wasn’t sure of the outcome, as I am not sure if the ‘creative’ part of my right brain is functional at all… the only thing I knew was this space would reflect me and my taste, my passions, my independence, my frame of mind… so it had to be Blue all over… couldn’t have been any other colour… it was easy too… the primary element that I identify myself is water which I put in backdrop and blue it was (love how a few drops create ripples in the otherwise calm water!!)… next was to add my passions and only thing that comes to my mind is travel… anytime, anywhere, I love travelling, extensive travelling… and what better than the worldmap, aeroplane trotting the globe, unending roads, to remind me how much there remains to travel and experience…
Lastly, this moodboard had to have something, that is an integral and inseparable part of me… my tattoo… my crab tattoo… added that in a decorative sequence and now it forms an integral part of my blog too… And here is what has emerged from my right brain… this is the first cut, will keep improvising on this :-):-)
